HISTORY
Our firm celebrates forty-seven (47+) years in the transportation industry as the successor of Mr. Guthrie Transportation Consultants, established in 1974 by my deceased partner. After nearly a decade of the contract of contract administration with the General Service Administration (GSA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). We joined an alliance with a cohesive team of transportation professionals. TFS is regarded as a top-level producer of commercial surety/bond providers and a “Master Referral Agent.” We follow the ruling of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) compliance requirements. We’ve established ourselves in a service-oriented industry and are a “One-Stop Shop” for all Transportation professionals and companies.
We meet logistic needs under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) for motor carriers, freight brokers, freight forwarders, and shippers. We add value to the industry based on our open communication with the FMCSA and the DOT. The most recent example is the “Cancellation Policy” introduced by our firm “TFS” and implemented by the FMCSA and DOT to protect the interest of carriers, freight brokers, freight forwarders, and shippers.
